Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Here's how our refund and cancellation process works.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of your initial course enrollment
  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • Your course access is still active

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after enrollment
  • More than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed
  • The course was purchased during a promotional period with explicit non-refundable terms
  • Payment has already been refunded in a previous request
  • The refund request is for a free course or scholarship

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Navigate to your "Orders" or "Enrollments" section
  3. Select the course for which you want a refund
  4. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason for your refund request
  5. Submit your request
  6. We will send you a confirmation email and process your request within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method
  • For Stripe payments: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • For PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
  • For Razorpay payments: 5-7 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

5. Cancellation of Enrollment

You can cancel your course enrollment at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will lose access to course materials immediately
  • Your progress will be retained in our records (for records purposes only)
  • Refund eligibility follows the 14-day, 25% threshold policy outlined above
  • You may re-enroll in the course in the future

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. All refunds are for the full course price or zero refund.

7. Course Withdrawal Policy

If you wish to take a course later, you may:

  • Pause your enrollment (if available for your course)
  • Re-enroll after the pause period
  • Contact support for special arrangements beyond the 14-day window

8. Refund for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • We will attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 25% threshold

9. Course Cancellation by NJ Education

In the rare event that we cancel a course:

  • All enrolled students will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • You will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative course
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

10. Exceptional Circumstances

We evaluate refund requests made outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team with documentation.

11. Appeal Process

If your refund request is denied:

  • You will receive a detailed explanation via email
  • You have 7 days to appeal the decision
  • Submit your appeal to support@njeducation.com with additional information
  • We will review your appeal within 5 business days
